The PBW System is a mobile way of warming blood to normothermic temperature before physiological fluids are infuses into patient. Blood is then maintained at a preferred temperature of 40 °C to protect patients from hypothermia in operating theatre, intensive care or other environment where transfusion therapies are needed.
