Automatic Alignment System

Application:

• Alignment of Fiber-WG-Fiber is done automatically.
  (6 axis stage units for input/out put side, Contact sensing function is equipped * in case of FA)
• UV curing and UV dispense are done manually.
  (Manual dispenser, Automatic UV lighting from upper two direction by panel operation)
• Device is monitored by upper or rear CCD camera.
• Device edge side monitoring is made with videcon camera.

Integration of XYZ precision stages and vision systems.

PLC controller with touch screen
