The Board of Directors of Hisaka Holdings Ltd (the "Company") refers to the Half-Year Financial Statement for the period ended 31 March 2011 and Dividend Announcement released on 25 April 2011.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 5 May 2011 for the purpose of determining members' entitlements to the special interim tax-exempt (one-tier) dividend of 0.5 cents per ordinary share (the "Special Interim Dividend"). The Special Interim Dividend will be paid on 16 May 2011.
Duly completed registrable transfer received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., 50 Raffles Place #32-01 Singapore Land Tower Singapore 048623 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the said Special Interim Dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 4 May 2011 will be entitled to the proposed Special Interim Dividend. |
