Incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary - Hisaka Energy Pte Ltd

The Board of Directors of Hisaka Holdings Ltd. (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Hisaka Energy Pte. Ltd. (“the Subsidiary”), in Singapore.

The total issued and paid-up share capital of the Subsidiary is SGD 1.00.

The main activity of the Subsidiary is trading in coal.

The incorporation of the Subsidiary was funded through internal resources and is not expected to have any significant effect on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company and the Group for the current financial year.

None of the Directors, controlling shareholders or substantial shareholders of the Company has an Interest, direct or indirect, in the setting up of the Subsidiary.
