Project Title: Automatic Alignment System

Application:
This machine aligns optical axis of fibers/fiber arrays (FA) and wave guides (WD).
Alignment of Fiber-WG-Fiber is done automatically.
(6 axis stage units for input/out put side, Contact sensing function is equipped * in case of FA)
UV curing and UV dispense are done manually.
(Manual dispenser, Automatic UV lighting from upper two direction by panel operation)
Device is monitored by upper or rear CCD camera.
Device edge side monitoring is made with videcon camera.
Each device is detached manually.
Control software is Suruga’s standard one and custom sequence supports measuring is added.
